Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-45 yr all puerpera irrespective of parity. All puerpera with vaginal deliveries complaining of Makkal Shool. Puerpera between 1st to 10th day will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puerpera with operative deliveries. All other puerperal complications excluding Sutika Makkal Shool. Any severe chronic systemic disorder.

Relief in After Pain during puerperium.Timepoint: 1 week	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Relief in mutrasanga & anaha.Timepoint: After analyzing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief & improvement. Partially improvement after 1 hour- pateint get 40-60 percent relief from sign & symptoms Improvement after 24 hrs- pateint get 60-80 percent relief from sign & symptoms Cured after 1 week-pateint get 80-100 percent relief from sign & symptoms.	—
