Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Injury severity score 9 to 25 More than one rib fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polytrauma with ISS more than 25 Intubated patients on mechanical ventilation Preexisting respiratory illness requiring previous intubation or oxygen therapy Refusal to participate in trial
