Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Males and females greater than 30 of age. 2 Patients developing depigmented macules or patches only after the age of 30 years. 3 Providing signed consent forms after understanding the written contents outlining the requirements of participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients having exacerbation of disease after 30 years. • Patients with known thyroid disease or on thyroid supplementation or anti thyroid therapy • Patients with concomitant other skin diseases like psoriasis or urticaria
