Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II Patients having inferolateral bladder tumor scheduled for transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery duration above 2 hours Preexisting sensory/motor deficit Hypertension Diabetes mellitus Coagulopathy Haemodynamically unstable Infection at injection site Refuse to sign the consent Patients having any absolute contraindications for spinal anaesthesia Any allergy to local anaesthetic
