Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Stage I- Stage IV oral cavity cancers who require reconstruction using free flaps post resection of the tumour . 2. Age criteria - 18 yrs-75 years Gender - Both Males and Females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the causes of failure in free flaps.Timepoint: On post-operative day 7 the patient will be evaluated.

To evaluate speech and aesthetics in patients with free flapsTimepoint: on post - operative day 7 the patient will be evaluated.
