Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. working for more than 2 years as traffic police

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent History of surgery of ear/vocal apparatus 2. Participants wearing hearing aids. 3. History of any systemic diseases including respiratory tract diseases within the previous 6 weeks 4. Individuals who have been doing pranayama,yoga,meditation,or other relaxation practices for at least 3 days per week for the last 6 weeks
