Inclusion criteria: Ayurveda Students between 18-30 year Students giving consent to participate Students using internet for atleast 6 months prior to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ayurveda students below 18 or above 30 years Students not willing to participate Students not using internet Students not fulfilling proper case report performa Student suffering from any chronic disease or Psychological disorder
