Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals having no history of any apparent disease in the last one month. Individuals who haven’t taken any medication in the last one month. Individuals willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals suffering from any systemic or mental illness. 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3. Individuals who are mentally disoriented. 4. Individuals who are on any kind of medication. 5. Individuals on sedatives and subjects undergoing treatment for any other illness.

The study will measure the association between the Quality of Nidra and the Mental well-being, both of which are important aspects of healthy life.Timepoint: 15 DAYS

MeasureTime frame
Lifestyle related advices can be given to minimise chances of mental disorders & to enhance good mental wellbeing.Timepoint: 1 MONTH
