Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complete cognitive and behavioral abilities Age more or equal to 20 years Women s with gestational diabetes mellitus Gestational stage from 24 weeks BMI lower than 40kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiac diseases restrictive lung diseases second or third trimester bleeding ruptured membrane pre eclampsia severe anemia and history of abortion
