Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of OA recommended by American college of Rheumatology. 2)Patients with following radiological findings-definite osteophytes and normal joint space or moderate osteophytes and joint space reduction. 3)Patienys willing for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having history of trauma,any previous surgery in target knee,knee infection. 2)Patients with systemic disorders 3)ICTC and HBsAg psoitive patients 4)Patients not willing for trial.
