Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient between the age of 18 to 80 years of both sexes with diabetic foot ulcer admitted in General Surgery department, SMVMCH 2) Patient with non-healing ulcer for more than three weeks. 3) Both type 1 & type2 diabetes mellitus. 4) Patients given informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with any associated co-morbidities, atheroselerosis, peripheral vascular disease. 2) Patients who 1)is Pregnant mother, epileptic disorders, cancer patients. 3) Known or suspected osteomyelitis. 4) Underwent conventional skin grafting in past 5) Malignant ulcer

MeasureTime frame
wound size and improvement in Granulation tissue and healing will be checked on 4th day , 8th day and 14th day by application of super oxidized solution as per study in future it can be recommended for all patients with diabetic foot ulcer Timepoint: wound size and improvement in Granulation tissue and healing will be checked on 2nd day , 6th day and 12th day by application of super oxidized solution as per study in future it can be recommended for all patients with diabetic foot ulcer
