Interventions

Intervention1: HRV Biofeedback training: 20 minutes (2 sessions) of HRV Biofeedback training everyday for 12 weeks. Conventional treatment will continue. Intervention2: Yogic intervention: 1 hour Yogi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: i) All patients diagnosed with Migraine (with/ without aura) according to ICHD-III criteria IHS (International Headache Society) ii) Patients between the age group of 18 to 45 years iii) Patients on conventional therapy for migraine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: i). Patients with other psychiatric or neurological illnesses ii). Patients with chronic medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, coronary artery disease, tuberculosis, etc. iii). Pregnant or lactating females iv). Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) more than 25. b). Patients who were doing regular yoga practice or any other breathing exercise.
