Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group- between 18 and 65years 2)ASA –I, II and III 3)Patient posted for Thoracolumbar spine surgery 4)Thoracolumbar spine surgery involving upto 3 vertebral levels 5)Patient able to give verbal and informed consent. 6)Patient able to understand VAS regarding assessment of pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Allergy to local anaesthetics. 3)Patient with local site infection 4)Patient with coagulopathy disorder 5)Patient with uncontrolled cardiac, renal, respiratory, neurological conditions 6)Chronic opioid consumption 7)Patient with infective thoracolumbar etiology
