Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Day 4 postnatal mother who has breastfeeding problem due to less breast milk production Primi or multi para mother which includes Normal vaginal delivery as well as LSCS mother Mother who did not take any kind of medicine for breast milk production. Mother who are ready to participate in the study. Mother available during data collection time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated postnatal mother-like bleeding and anaemia. ? Mother with a complicated newborn who needs to visit her newborn ? Mother who refuses to give consent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the maternal blood prolactin level after consumption of banana stem diet.Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Increase production of breast milk after intervention. • This study will be very beneficial for the mother and her newborn with breastmilk. • This is going to be beneficial for the community and nation in terms of the economy. Timepoint: 6 months
