Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the residents working in the Intensive Care Unit from the second year of residency onwards All patients between 18-60 years of age of either gender for CVC insertion in ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: first year anesthesia residents pregnant patients children lees than 18 years
