Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cough, runny nose, nasal block, sore throat, headache, fever, and feeling generally unwell

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of heart disease, malnutrition, history of recent hospitalization, presence of chronic respiratory disease
