Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects within the age group of 55-75 years. Independent ambulators with ability to walk Nine meter without any assistance. Their MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination) score will be below than 24. Number of falls should be atleast 2 in the previous years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any other neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular condition that affected balance. Any history of dizziness. Any uncorrected severe hearing and visual impairment which will affect the balance and gait in elderly. Receipt of physical therapy or enrollment in any other formal exercise program at the same time
