Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between age of 21-30yrs. Both male and female with condition of hamstring tightness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with: Skin infection, Open wound, Scar, Sunburn, Malignancy, Acute injuries. (e.g. severe inflammation, open wounds, etc), Neurological conditions. (e.g.nerve compression, neuropathies, acute nerve injuries, etc), Hemophilia, Fractures. (e.g.unstable fractures, open fractures, etc)
