Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Male and Female athletes diagnosed with abdominal tendinopathy. ii. Athletes willing to participate in this study. iii. Age group of 18-35. iv. Athletes with history of groin pain with NPRS score from 3-5. v. Athletes who have tested positive on below tests for abdominal tendinopathy (a) Pain on resisted contraction of the abdominal, hip flexors and adductor muscles. (b) Pain on passive stretching of the adductors and ilio-psoas muscle (c) Thomas test for articular mobility of hip.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Athletes with any acute systemic illness. ii. Athletes with any recent history of any injury or surgery interfering the athlete’s regular practice. iii. Athletes with any known psychological illness.
