Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients giving written informed consent will be taken. Patients of American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical statusI and II will be taken. Patients having anatomical abnormalities in their lumbar spine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status III and IV Patients having drug allergies or allergy to local anaesthetic drugs. Patients having local infections at the puncture site. Patients with deranged coagulation profile.
