Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having signs and symptoms of Prameha (Type 2 Diabetes) 2. Patients fulfilling subjective and objective criteria 3. Patients irrespective of sex, caste and religion 4. Patients who are on oral hypoglycemic drugs but still having Hyperglycemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients less than 20 years more than 70 years of age 2.Patients of Diabetes mellitus receiving insulin 3.Patients having chronic complications of Diabetes mellitus 4.Other chronic debilitating disease like STD etc. 5.Pregnant and lactating women

Subjective Parameter- Grading will be done with signs and symptoms of Prameha (type 2 Diabetes) RFT FBS PPBS HBA1CTimepoint: After one month intervention of Bhudhatryadi Ghanavati orally and 15 days after stopping of medicine

MeasureTime frame
Subjective Parameter- Grading will be done with signs & symptoms of Prameha (type 2 Diabetes) RFT FBS PPBS HBA1CTimepoint: After 45 days from the start of the medicine
