Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All preterm neonates born less than or equal to 34 weeks of gestation, (both inborn and outborn) admitted to the NICU will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The outborn preterm neonates born less than or equal to 34 weeks of gestation with a documented blood stream infection at the time of admission
