Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women age between 40 to 55 year, women who experiences perimenopause symptoms, MoCA score less than 24, patient who are able to follow simple verbal commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women treated with Hormone Replacement Therapy,Any pharmacological treatment, Women suffering with chronic conditions affecting the menstrual cycle, Past surgical history of hysterectomy and oophorectomy, Severe depression
