Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group between 21 to 29 years both male and female BMI 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with anxiety disorder subjects with cardiovascular disorder subjects with respiratory disorder physically handicaped subjects with hearing disorder
