Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfilling the 2013 Revised diagostic criteria for IIH 2. Age more than 13 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary causes of increased intracranial pressure 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Patients not consenting for the study

MeasureTime frame
To establish digitally monitored health plan(DMHP){diet&exercise plan} for effective weight loss & overall health improvement in patients with IIH.Timepoint: The application will be developed in first year. In the second and third year the recruitment process will be carried out followed by the statistical analysis of the data. Clinical and Visual Outcomes in the patients will be assessed at baseline, 3 months and after 6 months.

MeasureTime frame
To study the association between weight loss & diet with neurological, ophthalmological & radiological profile of patients with IIH.Timepoint: The patients will be followed up for a period of atleast 6 months to look for the recurrences.
