Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing supratentorial tumor resection Tumor size less than 5 cm ASA grades I, II, III GCS 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to lignocaine Known cardiac, hepatic and renal anomalies Hemodynamic instability Previous cranial surgery Patient planned for elective post operative ventilation
