Inclusion criteria: ASA PS 1 and 2 Patient willing to sign informed consent Patient posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Pregnancy Patient with suspected nasal deformities and nasal injuries Patient with known carotid pathology
