Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of Adhesive Capsulitis. 2. Patients with prior corticosteroid glenohumeral joint injection for therapeutic purposes, confirming a strong clinical suspicion for Adhesive Capsulitis. 3. Patients with shoulder pain duration of = 6 months prior to MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complete rotator cuff tears 2. Patients history of fracture of shoulder joint 3. Patients history of shoulder surgery 4. Tumors 5. Calcific tendinitis 6. Severe osteoarthritis.
