Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff and Managerial Staff)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Housekeeping Staff, clerks and security staffs

MeasureTime frame
The attrition rate of the Hospital under study will be estimated. This will help in understanding the reason for attrition and corrective action like framing HR policies , incentives (if needed) and can be ascertained. Measures to reduce the attrition can be adopted .Timepoint: 15-17 weeks.
