Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females = 18 years of age with a minimum of 25 teeth 2. Baseline mean whole-mouth plaque index = 1.0 3. Baseline mean whole-mouth modified gingival index = 1.0 4. Baseline mean whole-mouth modified sulcular index = 1.0 5. Ability to provide written informed consent and comply with study visits as described in the protocol, and 6. Availability for follow up via telephone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant females 2. Participation in another clinical trial 3. History of periodontitis 4. History of any systemic diseases or conditions
