Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age -40-55years 2. History of primary hypertension >3years 3. Clinical stability with controlled hypertension 4. No change in medications for the past 3months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dyspnea 2. Body mass index(BMI) >30 3. Cardiac or pulmonary surgery within the previous 3months patients with history of pulmonary diseases , cardiac, and neurological diseases 5. treatment with steroids, cancer chemotherapy

1.Sphygmomanometer to measure Blood pressure. 2. Maximal inspiratory pressure device to measure inspiratory muscle strength.Timepoint: 1.sphygmomanometer to measure Blood pressure at 1st week, 3rd week and 6th week. Maximal inspiratory pressure device to measure inspiratory muscle strength at 1st week,3rd week and 6th week.
