Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients who fulfil any two of the above said symptoms. b) Patients of age between 20-50 years and of both the gender. c) Confirmed diagnosis through MRI (grade I, II and III- Ficat and Arlet classification) or X-ray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Female patients having pregnancy or lactating period. b) Patient with associated disease which affects the outcomes or completion of the treatment i.e., cardiovascular disorders, hypothyroidism, obesity (BMI=35), cancer, tuberculosis, heart diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. c) MRI finding showing avascular necrosis (AVN) of femur head of grade IV (Ficat and Arlet classification).

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1)to find out the changes in VAS scale of pain. 2)Changes obtained in Harris-Hip Score.Timepoint: base line and after 1 month of treatment.	—

1)find out the changes in range of motion of hip joint and gait of a patient.Timepoint: base line and after 1 month of treatment.	—
