Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of age 40-70 years. patients having symptoms of sandhishoola,sandhishotha,sparshasahatwa,sandhisphutan. patients will be selected irrespective of gender and socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal disorders like amavata,fractures,gout neurological disorders like muscular dystrophy,myasthenia gravis. patients having TB,malignancy,trauma,cardiac disease pregnant and lactating women.
