Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Pulp necrosis and Asymptomatic apical periodontitis. Patients diagnosed with Pulp necrosis and Chronic apical abscess.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with pre-operative pain. Patients who were not willing to participate in the study. Patients diagnosed with root fractures.

Evaluation of postoperative pain after using Smart Lite Pro Endo Activator (SLP Endo Activator) sonic agitation method and Needle irrigation method during root canal irrigation.Timepoint: Postoperative pain will be evaluated after using the Smart Lite Pro Endo Activator (SLP Endo Activator) sonic agitation method and Needle irrigation method at 8, 24, 48, and 72 hours using the Visual Analogue Scale.
