Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with the age between 40 to 60 years without any bar of age, sex and religion. 2. Individuals rating very mild to moderate (2 to 4) in Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, (17 to 24) in Mini Mental State Examination & less than 4 in Mini Cog Test. 3. Individuals fulfilling diagnostic criteria. 4. Individuals willing and able to participate in the research and having physical fitness to perform CYP for 60 days. 5. Individuals not having any serious and chronic ailments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with any severe mental sickness, anxiety, schizophrenia, or any other severe complicated systemic illness. 2. Individuals who are not physically fit to perform the CYP. 3. Individuals who are not willing to participate in the study. 4. Individuals below 40 years and above 60 years of age. 5. Individuals rating less than 2 & more than 4 in Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, less than 17 & more than 24 in Mini Mental State Examination & more than 4 in Mini Cog Test.

1. Improvement in the selected parameter- Catalase (CAT) ELISA test & Lipid Profile for Oxidative Stress. 2. Improvement in the scale of Manasika Bhavas for Oxidative Stress & in Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Mini Mental State & Mini Cog for Mental Well-Being. 3. Promotion of Mental Health or Health in general.Timepoint: 60 days
