Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Performs front crawl freestyle stroke. Swimmig as recreational activity for more than 1year. Swims atleast 3days per week. Completes at least 2laps

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of neurological, respiratory disorders, cardiac dysfunctions. Open wounds, abdominal surgeries, etc. Exercises regularly apart from swimming.
