Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 60 yr Undergoing elective upper limb orthopaedic procedures under ultrasound-guided supraclavicular nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy Allergy to local anaesthetics Infection at site Pheriperal vascular disease
