Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For HWs- having =12 years of schooling and working in the PHC for at least one year For adult participants- between 18-60 years and availing service in the study PHCs who can comprehend in local language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant HWs or planning to avail of maternity leave will be excluded. Past training on mental health training as part of DMHP will be excluded. Patients with known psychiatric illness or patients experiencing acute medical illness, substance use disorder except tobacco pregnant and lactating women will be excluded.
