Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having the classical signs and symptoms of hair fall occurring anywhere in the scalp will be included according to Ludwig scale stages I To III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Not willing to complete consent process as describes in proforma 2 Patient suffering from any severe endocrine or systemic diseases like Carcinoma SLE Hyperthyroidism Hypothyroidism 3 patients taking chemotherapy 4 who were pregnant or were in the postpartum period or lactating. 5 Suffering from other dermatological diseases related to scalp 6 patient suffering from any febrile infection or from any stress

To assess the effect of shirolepana after kuttana karma in Khalitya. •To find out the preventive and promotive role of rasayana drugs after kuttana and lepana karma in Khalitya Timepoint: 28 days

MeasureTime frame
To study the Tricoscopic examination for the diagnosis management of khalitya hair loss by monitoring the state of healthy Hair, their Count Density Color Growth Texture Fragility Timepoint: 28 days
