Exclusion criteria: REFUSAL FOR CONSENT, KIDNEY DISEASE, STRUCTURAL HEART DISESE, PREGNANT FEMALE, MORBID OBESITY, REDO CARDIAC SURGERY, ANEMIA, THYROID DISORDER, ARRHYTHMIA, PACEMAKER DEPENDENT, RECENT MYOCARDIAL INFRACTION
