Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient should be willing to participate in the study 2. A diagnosis of Myofascial TMD in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for temporomandibular disorders 3. The presence of a trigger point in the masseter muscle Lateral Pterygoid Medial Pterygoid Temporalis 4. The presence of chronic pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intra-articular or degenerative joint disorders and subluxation requiring immediate treatment 2. a history of temporomandibular joint or cervical region surgery in the last 3 months 3. a history of treatment from related regions 4. the presence of rheumatic diseases including TMJ disease 5. TMJ fracture
