Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age group 20-70 years (both years inclusive) Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria Patient indicated for Swedana Patients of either Gender irrespective of Caste and Religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any metabolic and systemic disorders Patient contraindicated for Swedana H/O trauma/fracture/operation Hypersensitivity of skin

To study the efficacy of kolakulathadi modified upanaha in the pain management of janusandhigatavata(in terms of vas scale,womac index,range of movement with the help of goniometer,sandhi shoola,sandhi shotha,sandhi sphutana,sandhi graha,prasarana akunchana janya vedana) To compare the efficacy of modified upanaha & classical upanaha with kolakulathadi choorna in the pain management of janusandhigatavata(in terms of vas scale,womac index,range of movement with the help of goniometer,sandhi shoola,sandhi shotha,sandhi sphutana,sandhi graha,prasarana akunchana janya vedana)Timepoint: 14 days
