Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with CKD as per KDIGO criteria 2. Patients presenting with symptoms of Vrikka vikara 3. Patients upto stage 3 grade of CKD. 4. Patients with controlled Diabetes mellitus 5. Patients with serum creatinine level less than 6mg per dl and blood urea greater than 40mg per dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged below 18 years and above 65 years 2.End stage of CKD i.e Stage 4 and stage 5 3. Cases requiring dialysis therapy and renal transplant 4.Patients taking insulin for blood glucose control or HbA1c greater than or equal to 7 5. Patients with stage 2 hypertension 6. Disorders like chronic renal failure renal tumour renal cyst Renomegaly. 7. Patients requiring repeated blood transfusion
