Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cricketer at district level for the last 2 years. Cricket Players between the age of 18-26 years. Participants will perform at least 15 sit-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Was injured at the time of commencement or within the time of the study. Athlete with any orthopedic, neurological, or cardiovascular diseases. Could not commit to full participation.
