Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students using smartphone for more than 5-6 hours a day (minimum since a year). 2. Age between 18 to 27 years. 3. Participants who are willing to take part in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with known case of cervical spondylosis and cervical spondylitis. 2. Any participants suffers from congenital abnormalities in the cervical region related to vertebrae and critically ill patient with neurological complications will be excluded. 3.Participants who are not willing to take part in this study.
