Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-60 Sex: Male, Female, Transgender Patients who are diagnosed with Hypertension as per ASH (American Society of Hypertension) guidelines. Patients who are willing to sign consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who is not willing to participate in study. Patients with systemic illness. Vulnerable group (pregnant women, children, geriatric and cognitive impaired patients).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Specificity and Sensitivity of Naadi examination for the diagnosis of Hypertension will be obtained. Timepoint: BASELINE 0TH DAY

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Different Naadi patterns if observed in different grades/stages of Hypertension will be documented. Yakkai Ilakkanam for Hypertensive patients will be documented through validated questionnaires. Timepoint: BASELINE 0TH DAY
