Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players belt colour: Orange and above Level of skill: semi-professional taekwondo players. Participants who are trained for 2 to 3 days per week. Players are experiencing pain due to any injury to the joint or muscle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unhealed lower limb Fracture, Existing medical problems, Those who cannot perform the tests, Any congenital orthopaedic deformity, Orthopaedic lower limb surgery in the previous 6 months. Diagnosed Vestibular or balance disorder
