Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The presence of ‘start-up heel pain’ =3 months duration, Positive Windlass test, Moderate pain intensity(3-7) on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle/foot fracture, Ankle/foot infections, Neurological deficits of the lower limb (eg. hypoesthesia, neuropathy), Bleeding disorders, Pes cavus/ pes planus •Local steroid injection within the previous 3 months
