Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of adenoids 2 Children having rhinitis, sinusitis, acute suppurative otitis media 3 Children suffering from hypertrophied nasal turbinate 4 Children suffering from tonsillitis or having tendency of recurrent upper respiratory tract and tonsillar infection along with Adenoid Hypertrophy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children suffering from nasal polyp, chronic suppurative otitis media 2 Children with grade 4 of adenoid hypertrophy (as per Clemens classification) 3 Children with sleep apnea due to other causes than adenoids 4 Children with other systemic illness
