Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Corneal Blind patients, registered for keratoplasty at Dr R P Centre for Ophthalmic sciences, AIIMS. Patients willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not ready to give consent. Patients not willing for follow ups Pregnant females. Patients having active ocular infection.

Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA)Timepoint: BCVA will be recorded at DAY 1, 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, 1 Year and 2nd Year time point of follow-up.—

Time to corneal graft rejectionTimepoint: patients will be followed up for graft rejection on day 1, 1 week, 1 month, 3rd month, 6th month, 1st year & 2nd year time point.—
